Construction started in June 2019, with the installation of the steel structural supports and dormer roof frame. The existing roof rafters were not up to modern day building regulations, so we decided to replace the whole roof rather than to retro fit.
With the addition of two bedrooms and a bathroom to the first floor, a ground floor rear extension was essential to keep this property in proportion. The extension would enable us to create an open plan living environment fit for a growing family or downsizing couple.
Construction finished in October 2019 and the property went up for sale and sold early December 2019. Another addition to our design and build portfolio.
